Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow yoga in Sanskrit means a breath-synchronized movement. So therefore, vinyasa flow yoga is a style of yoga that uses a progressive series of poses while performing breathing exercises. Through each movement is one breath, both inhaling and exhaling. These poses are not held in a fixed position for very long because they tend to move with a flowing motion to achieve synchronization.

Friday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Restorative Yoga – all levels

Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and let your speedometer return to 0 mph. It offers a welcome respite among all the turbulence of life and helps to prepare the mind and body for the inward stroke of meditation and deepened awareness. Moving slowly through the poses allows you to explore your mind and body at a steady and natural tempo.

Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am

Warm Vinyasa Candlelight – all levels

Vinyasa flow yoga in Sanskrit means a breath-synchronized movement. So therefore, vinyasa flow yoga is a style of yoga that uses a progressive series of poses while performing breathing exercises. Through each movement is one breath, both inhaling and exhaling. These poses are not held in a fixed position for very long because they tend to move with a flowing motion to achieve synchronization. By warming the room, we add increased flexibility, healing, weight loss, focus, and detox potential.

Saturday  4:30 – 5:30 pm

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is simple to practice and profound in impact; it is a sleep-based meditation technique that uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques to facilitate effortless disengagement from the THINKING mind – entering into the space between waking and sleeping.

People of all body types and ability levels are welcome; no yoga experience is necessary.

This stillness practice typically takes place lying on the floor, though it can also be experienced seated or semi-recline when necessary.

Please bring extra pillows, eye pillows, blankets, etc. from home, if you wish. Blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats are available to borrow.

Tuesday Morning’s 9:30 – 10:30 am

$99 per 6 week session
