Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is simple to practice and profound in impact; it is a sleep-based meditation technique that uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques to facilitate effortless disengagement from the THINKING mind – entering into the space between waking and sleeping.

September 11 to October 9, 2017 • Monday 6 pm

September 12 to October 10, 2017 • Tuesday 9:30 am

Class cost is $90 for 5 weeks and $20 for one time sessions.

The second session will begin on October 23, 2017 and will be a six week session for $100.


$90 for 5 weeks or $20 per session.

2nd Session starting Oct. 23, 2017 $100 for 6 week session.
